Shima, the driving force behind Peas, believed talent management could be better. She partners with luxury fashion and beauty leaders, building bespoke teams. A visiting lecturer at Condé Nast College and RCA, where she helps graduates navigate the industry.

In 2009, Pratik co-founded Peas with Shima, transforming a boutique agency into a talent-driven business. He’s proud to have supported professionals on their journeys to becoming directors, C-suite executives, and founders, playing a part in their success.

Aimee-Louise is a fashion and beauty enthusiast who lives and breathes the creative industry. She excels at building talent teams that bring creative visions to life while coaching individuals through interviews and portfolio preparation. “I see myself as part of the project, not just a recruiter.”

Tesni is our newest Pea, joining with a background in creative production and research at Selfridges. A UAL Illustration graduate with time at GANNI along the way, she blends a designer's eye with a producer's practical instinct, a combination that makes her a natural at spotting standout creative talent.

Dipali manages Peas’ accounts, payroll, and invoice queries, supporting talent and client teams. A Chartered Accountant, she trained at Reuters before switching from a dream of travel entrepreneurship to finance. On arriving in the UK, she was thrilled by rain—until she realised it’s constant!
